Getting ready for Christmas...

So the biggest season of our calendar is upon us. Where did the summer and autumn go? Time has flown over the last few months; firstly we would like to thank you for your continued support…there was a lot of love for our travel candles over the summer. We love that you have been jetting, sailing or driving off with a little tin of Bell & Woods and adding it to you “pack list”.

We both had a very busy summer with our three boys which obviously included lots of outdoor activities, football, fun and many ice creams! Before we knew it we were back at half term and the fun continued.

This, coupled with juggling the day job and school explains why we have been so quiet BUT...we are now back and ready for Christmas!!!

Over the last few weeks we have been extremely busy preparing ourselves for winter and Christmas fairs. Last year we absolutely loved taking part in Christmas fairs and markets. It was fantastic meeting our customers and showcasing our candles and receiving all your feedback.

We have been working really hard getting together a fabulous range of scents and vessels for the season which we can't wait to show you.

Our first event in October in Wheathampstead went really well. It was so refreshing to see the support that people show for small businesses by taking time out over their weekend to pop in.

We noticed ourselves last Christmas how many gorgeous gifts we were able to buy without having to enter a shopping centre or department store.

When you buy from a small independent business not only are you getting a great gift or treat but you are contributing to making someone’s dreams become a reality. Every time we sell a candle we we still do a silent and invisible “high five”. When we read our customer reviews online we do a real one!

12th December – Pop Up, Threadneedle Street, London
14th December – The Lytton Arms, Knebworth
18th December – Pop Up, Old Broad Street, London
 

Each of these events are put together by great teams and they are all well worth a visit. Bring your Christmas gift shopping lists because they will not disappoint and come and say hello we’d love to see you.
