Our Returns Policy...

We understand that sometimes you make online purchases and when the item arrives it just isn’t for you…we’ve all been there.

Byron & Woods offer a “good will” returns policy. So if your candle is not suitable for any reason and you’d like to return it, please let us know by emailing: Please do this within 14 days of purchase. We will then provide you with our return details and address.

All of our items are made to order and as you can expect any returns eligible for a refund will need to be unused, in the same condition as we sent it to you and repackaged carefully within the original packaging or we will not be able to reimburse you.

Once we have received the item(s) and assessed to be within the above requirements, we will be more than happy to refund you or exchange the item for something more suitable.

Unfortunately we will not be able to contribute to your returns postage and you will be solely responsible for this cost, with the exception of faulty or damaged goods.

We take a lot of time and care to not only make our products but to package them to ensure they arrive to you safely. If for any reason the item(s) arrive damaged, please email us as soon as possible with a description of the issue and a photo.

It’s advisable that for any item worth over £30, please consider using a trackable postage service, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

If you have not received your items within 30 days of your order you must contact us within a maximum of 40 days or we will not be accountable for the loss.
